McAuliffe wants to try Medicaid expansion for a year - no risk to Virginia. He says if it doesn't work, we'll move on and end the expansion
expansion would be paid for by the feds for first three years, would provide health care coverage for 400,000 Virginians and create tens of thousands of jobs
