Some Nats fans have taken to Twitter as the San Francisco Giants and Washington Nationals go into the 17th inning tied at 1 Saturday night in Game 2 of their NL Division Series. Some quips include likening the game to a filibuster and that the D.C. area's famed cherry blossoms will be in bloom before this game ends.

Nobody wants the Orioles to win
WASHINGTON -- In a recent ESPN SportsNation poll, 52 percent of voters picked the Kansas City Royals to defeat the Baltimore Orioles, despite the latter’s better record and resulting home field advantage. Nevertheless, that’s darn near 50-50.
As you can see, the eastern seaboard (and Washington, you old dog!) all sided with the O’s on the prediction. Florida, as usual, remained undecided.
However, when it came to who the fans were rooting for, the map told a different story.
Nobody wants the Orioles to win. Forty-seven of fifty states are pulling for the Royals, forty-three of them by at least a 60-40 margin. Sorry, Orioles.

SAN FRANCISCO -- With their team on the brink of elimination for a second straight night, Nats fans in
AT&T Park remain confident. There aren't many that have made the trip, but the ones that are here are representing nicely.Chris made the trip from Syracuse just for these two games and feels pretty good.
WTOP's George Wallace (left) with Nationals fan Michael Adams, who came to San Francisco from Maryland.
"I feel better than I did yesterday and I like the matchup with Gio Gonzalez and Ryan Vogelsong,” he says. “So we'll see how it goes."Chris decked out in Nats gear to support the club. The question is, has he gotten any "stuff" from Giants fans?
"A little bit yesterday after Harper's home run,” he said. “I stood up, was clapping and people gave it to me a little bit. I think it was more frustration than anything."

As far as his confidence level that there will be a game five in D.C. on Thursday?
"Very confident."Michael Adams flew in yesterday from Maryland for these two games and says he is confident he will be at game five on Thursday night at Nats Park.
"Absolutely."
A season ticket holder since 2005 who sits in the Red Porch at Nats Park, Adams says he's here representing that group tonight. His confidence also high.
"I wouldn't have come out here if it wasn't."Point taken.
